A NICE BEGINNING TO THE DAY

I woke up this morning and headed down stairs at 6:30 and noticed Rebekah and Elizabeth's light was on in their room. They both have strep throat so Rebekah is home from school today. I was about to go in and see what was going on, when I heard voices. As I listened, I realized Rebekah was reading to Elizabeth! It was so cute! I'm sure they were snuggled in bed together while Rebekah read to Elizabeth one of her favorite books "Count Your Blessings" (I recognized the book right away when I heard her reading) They still have not come downstairs (it is now 7:35) They have been playing and playing! Elizabeth really misses Rebekah...so this is kind of a blessing that they are both sick at the same time. Neither one of them is extremely sick with the strep so they still feel up to playing :) What a nice beginning to the day!!!!
